In this oil painting I explore the boundaries between reality and imagination, where natural forms merge with more abstract elements. The possibility is suggested to experience at multiple places and times at the same time: a desire for unity that is depicted. The tension between natural and artificial is also shown here. I like the back and forth between 2d and 3d images, as well as from the analogue experience world to the digital in my processing, to then again from the analogue create a completely new experience of reality in the painting.
