My work explores the boundaries between reality and fantasy. The painting depicts an abandoned mountain village during COVID-19, disrupted by distorted proportions and unnatural colors. A floating representation of a Renaissance fresco brings us to a surreal, dreamlike vision of nature, which contrasts with the human elements. This piece invites the viewer to question their perception of reality and stimulates a fresh look at the everyday. The artwork is stretched on a 'museum quality' aluminum frame.
